Gregory Gamp - Broker Associate

(415) 279-4005   |   Greg [at] GampRealty.com

As a longtime pilot, Greg knows how to analyze critical facts to chart a successful course. As your real estate consultant, he will help you develop and plot your own course to the successful sale of your current home or the purchase of your next home.  Greg has over 40 years of business experience in leadership, service, and management, and he can make Realty a Reality for you.

Greg lives by the Zig Ziglar philosophy “You can have everything you want in life if you’ll just help enough people get what they want.”  He believes strongly that real estate is a service industry, and taking an active and engaged role in serving his community goes beyond the bounds of simply selling houses. Greg’s devotion to service carries over to all areas of his life.

He donates his free time (and a percentage of every single real estate transaction) to several charities. A particular favorite of Greg’s—the EARN program—helps low wage earners purchase their first homes. When his daughter became a public school teacher (and in honor of his own mother, who taught school for 30 years) Greg saw another special need and founded Adopt-A-Teacher to support individual teachers’ classroom expenses. He also does work with Friends of the Urban Forest and helps with community programs such as the Friends of the SF Public Library and Sunday Streets.

Greg has lived in the Bay Area for 47 years. His wife of 43 years is a native San Franciscan. They have 5 adult children who all grew up enjoying the beaches, parks, and diverse neighborhoods of San Francisco. Recently, Greg’s daughter-in-law, Vanessa, joined him as a realtor at Gamp Realty, making it a true family business.

Vanessa Gamp – Realtor

(415) 351-8754   |   Vanessa [at] GampRealty.com

Most people realize that finding the perfect house takes work.  As a realtor, Vanessa understands that finding you the perfect home also takes a special type of talent and dedication.  Whether it's locating the neighborhood with the most sunshine during the year or successfully selling your home at its true market value, Vanessa fully invests her time to make sure her clients are truly satisfied from beginning to end. She specializes in helping first time homebuyers and is our local expert on the SOMA and South Beach neighborhoods.

Born and raised in the Sunset District as a 7th generation San Franciscan, Vanessa spent time in the Midwest while she got her degree from Marquette in Milwaukee. That little bit of Midwesterner in her is part of where her devotion to hospitality comes from. Her love of the urban Bay Area revolves particularly around the amazing restaurants, the non-Midwestern weather, and the rich theater culture (one of Vanessa’s majors in college).

Vanessa is an active member of The San Francisco Women’s Council of Realtors® and was named Member of the Year in 2009. She is the Vice President of Membership for 2010.  This 100% volunteer-run organization is a network of successful realtors that empowers women to exercise their potential as entrepreneurs and industry leaders.

Vanessa is an Auxiliary Member of EARN, an award-winning California-based nonprofit that gives low-income workers the power to create economic prosperity and purchase their first homes. She participates in Zephyr’s meal-delivery volunteer group through Project Open Hand, and has a Thanksgiving tradition of serving dinners to families in need through the San Francisco Rotary Club.

Customer service, Bay Area knowledge, and a strong work ethic drive Vanessa’s business. Prompt communication, expert advice, and listening to her clients allow her to build relationships of trust.

Jan Neufeld – Realtor

(415) 517-0030   |   Jan [at] GampRealty.com

Jan was raised on a farm in Oklahoma, moved to the San Joaquin Valley at 16, and finally landed in San Francisco when she came here to attend college. She has been a devout San Franciscan every since. Although an ardent and lifelong world traveler—spending time in Europe in the 60s as a civilian working for the U.S. Army and a year in Vietnam as well—she always knew that, in her head and heart, San Francisco was home.

Jan has been a realtor for 20 years, building on her extensive prior experience in the business world (plus her natural inclination as a self-motivated entrepreneur) to achieve success in this arena where customer service is so important.  She draws on her hospitality business experience to stay focused on the needs of her clients. Jan has a reputation for always being there for clients... both before and after the close of business. She has been quoted to say, “I believe nothing is more important than assuring the satisfaction of the client. When one is buying a first time or move-up home, it's vital that the choice feel like a good one.”

Of her transition to working with Gamp Realty, Jan says, “Greg and I always appreciated each other’s management style, integrity, and professionalism from the moment we started working together at Keller Williams, where we both trained and mentored.”

Jan is particularly committed to community outreach and volunteer opportunities to enhance the city and the world we live in. She is a member of the non-profit foundation EARN; she volunteers with several San Francisco organizations, including The Bay Area Ridge Trail; and she aims to take an international volunteer trip every year.  Her most recent trip was to Vietnam, where she was thrilled to be able to return, years after her initial travel experience there.

As for her life in San Francisco, Jan loves the culture, the weather, the diverse neighborhoods, the ability to walk virtually anywhere, the food, and most importantly, the people. The caliber and uniqueness of the people in San Francisco has kept Jan happy here for almost 50 years.
